Guests can cancel their reservation without incurring any charges up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@oeh.jp.
Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to half of the total booking cost.
For cancellations made within 2 days of the arrival date, the full booking cost will be charged.
