Accessing OEH from Kansai International Airport is also as simple as taking the limousine bus or train and you arrive in Hirakata in under two hours! If you’re arriving via Shinkansen you can take the Midosuji Line from Shin-Osaka Station to Yodoyabashi and then catch a direct train to Hirakata on the Keihan Line.
